Refunds are exclusively available if products arrive damaged or if the order is not received. All claims are subject to verification to ensure laboratory standards are met.

Please contact support within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. Include photos of damaged items or full order details for immediate review and resolution.

Customs & Reshipment

If an order is delayed, returned, or not delivered due to customs issues in the destination country, Trial & Error Labs will re-send the order free of charge once the situation is clarify.
